In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 23bd online gaming website accessible at https://23bd.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and services operated thereunder.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 23bd. 23bd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. To register and maintain an account on the 23bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration, play, and use of any platform feature by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. 23bd takes underage gambling seriously and operates age verification procedures at account creation and upon processing of withdrawal requests.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a player account.

23bd reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period specified by 23bd may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each eligible player may register one (1) account on the 23bd platform. Registration requires submission of a valid username, email address, password, date of birth, and phone number associated with a registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile financial account, or alternatively a Bangladeshi bank account.

Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 23bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 23bd immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 23bd will take reasonable steps to suspend access to the account pending investigation.

23bd reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; a utility bill or bank statement confirming current address; and/or a screenshot confirming ownership of the registered bKash or Nagad mobile number. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed at 23bd's discretion.

Currency: All transactions on the 23bd platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency is accepted. There is no currency conversion on the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation. Deposits via Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed depending on the processing network. 23bd does not charge a fee for standard deposit transactions; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 23bd is not responsible.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before any withdrawal is processed, 23bd may require the account holder to complete KYC verification as detailed in Section 4. Processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically 10–30 minutes from approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically 30–90 minutes from approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank: typically 1–3 business hours from approval.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: typically 1–3 business days from approval.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a bank account registered in the same name as the 23bd player account. 23bd reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000. Funds deposited via bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

Declined Transactions: 23bd reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.

23bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is launched, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players as specified in the offer terms. Eligibility may be based on account status, deposit history, game activity, geographic location, or other criteria determined by 23bd at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds credited to a player's account must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Not all games on the 23bd platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, table games, and sports bets may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling a Wagering Requirement. The applicable contribution rates will be set out in the specific promotion terms.
• 23bd reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings derived from Bonus Funds at an amount specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• 23bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with any obligations already accrued under an active bonus claim.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through multiple account registration, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

All games available on the 23bd platform — including live casino games, slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface and the applicable sports betting terms published in the sports betting section of the platform.

All casino games on 23bd use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG integrity is certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. 23bd does not manipulate game outcomes. House edges and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the information section of each game where available.

Sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are offered at odds calculated and set by 23bd. Odds are subject to change before an event commences. Funds attributed to voided rounds will be returned to the relevant player's account balance.

23bd reserves the right to suspend any game or betting market, temporarily or permanently, for operational, regulatory, or technical reasons without prior notice to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 23bd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all outstanding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multiple Account Registration: Registering or operating more than one account on the 23bd platform under the same identity or on behalf of the same individual.
• False Identity: Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 23bd.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or access the platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hole cards, coordinating live casino bets, or artificially inflating sports betting positions.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, interact with games, or manage an account without direct human operation in real time.

• Money Laundering: Using the 23bd platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise engage in any conduct that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a deposit that has been genuinely received and used for gaming activity on the platform.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, abusing, or intimidating 23bd staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 23bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of 23bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 23bd platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of platform content, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any 23bd content.

In the event of account suspension or closure for reasons of suspected fraud or breach of these terms, 23bd reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the outstanding balance may be voided in whole or in part at 23bd's discretion.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 23bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While 23bd takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and performance, no warranty is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
